Return And Refund Policy

Thank you for placing an order with Vanamoolika!

If you wish to return a product, go through our return policy to see how to do so.
Products can be returned for a refund only  if:

      1. You received a wrong product

      2. You received a damaged product

      3. You received a product past its expiry date

Any return/refund request needs to be placed within 24 hours from the delivery of the shipment. To request a return email us a picture of the product highlighting the issue.

The Refund will be credited into the original mode of payment.

When sending the mail please ensure the following :

 

      1. State the reason for return (damaged / expired / wrong product)

      2. Attach the order details (Date the order was placed and items ordered)

      3. Ensure the product has its original packaging 

Please note,


    • You will need a confirmation email from Vanamoolika before returning a product

    • The cost will only be refunded after a confirmation email from Vanamoolika.

    • Customers will have to bear the shipping cost for any returns unless there was a mistake done by Vanamoolika.

    • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment
